Chris Gayle set a new record for the fastest century in the history of professional cricket with an demolishing ton off just 30 balls for the Royal Challengers Bangalore in the Indian Premier League. Gayle’s 30-ball century beats the previous 34-ball Twenty 20 record set by Australia’s Andrew Symonds. Gayle struck 11 sixes and 8 boundaries in his 30 ball blistering century. He made  175* Runs , not out from 66 balls only. His inning include 13 fours, and 17 sixes. at strike rate of 265.15. His inning also include 119m Longest Six reached out of the M Chinnaswamy Stadium, biggest six of IPL 2013 so far. Chris Gayle’s imperious 175* flattens Pune Chris the fastest hundred in Twenty20s and the highest score in Twenty20s as Royal Challengers ran up the tallest total in Twenty20 history 263/5 . It was actually a Gayle’s day, what an all rounder performance by him. He bowled 1 over taken 2 wickets for 5 runs only.
